Job Summary
The Zone Lead (PT) is responsible for supporting merchandising in designated zones, maintaining visual merchandising standards, and driving sales by ensuring that visual aspects are upheld. This role involves planning and executing daily tasks assigned by the Zone Manager, participating in freight processes, and enhancing customer satisfaction. Key responsibilities include coaching team members in visual merchandising, communicating visual priorities, maintaining an organized zone, and reviewing financial metrics to improve performance. The position requires physical stamina for lifting and moving merchandise, along with strong communication skills and ethical behavior.
Required Qualifications
- At least 18 years old
- High School Diploma/Equivalent
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and some holidays
- Ability to lift a minimum of 50 lbs. and team lift 100 lbs.
- Ability to stand or walk for prolonged periods of time
- Ability to bend, climb, and reach at times
