Zone Lead - FT

Zone Lead responsible for leading visual merchandising in a designated zone, ensuring signage, fixtures, endcaps, and in-store promotions meet company standards, and coaching store team members to maintain visual integrity and achieve sales goals. Roles include planning and executing merchandise transitions, managing daily tasks with the Zone Manager, handling freight and stocking, maintaining a neat and organized zone, supporting customer satisfaction and safety, reviewing store scorecard data to improve metrics, and fostering an ethical, team-focused environment. Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs (team lift 100 lbs), work flexible hours including nights and weekends, and possess strong communication and leadership skills. Education required: High School Diploma or equivalent; 18+ years old; background check will be completed.
