Job Summary
The Zone Lead (ZL) supports merchandising in designated zones while maintaining an active selling culture by ensuring all visual aspects are aligned with company standards. Responsibilities include planning visual transitions, product assortment changes, processing incoming freight, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The ZL must effectively lead the store team while managing tasks delegated by the Zone Manager. Required skills include the ability to communicate effectively, work a flexible schedule, and lift heavy merchandise. The position emphasizes reliability, attention to detail, and ethical conduct.
Required Qualifications
- At least 18 years old
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and some holidays
- Ability to lift a minimum of 50 lbs. and team lift 100 lbs.
- Strong attention to detail
- Reliable and trustworthy role model for ethical and honest behavior
- Ability to comprehend, train, develop, motivate, and lead
- Flexible and creative with an ability to handle multiple tasks
