Zone Lead-FT

Zone Lead in a warehouse-format retail environment responsible for executing visual merchandising standards, fixturing, and in-store promotions across designated zones. Leads and coaches team Members to uphold visual priorities, inventories, and guest engagement, plans daily/weekly workloads with the Assistant Store Manager, and participates in freight/stocking processes. Maintains a neat, organized zone with current signing and sets, supports safety, loss prevention, and store metrics, and promotes a culture of ethical conduct and continuous learning. Must be available to work nights and weekends and be capable of vigorous lifting and moving merchandise as part of daily duties.
