Job Summary
Plan visual merchandising transitions, product assortment changes, and resets with the Assistant Store Manager to maintain visual integrity and drive sales. Execute daily and weekly task management for freight processes, sorting, stocking, and endcap maintenance while ensuring a neat, clean, organized zone. Support the team in customer satisfaction, inventory control, safety, and loss prevention through regular huddles and continuous coaching on visual standards. Review store financial data to improve metrics and act as a role model for ethical conduct and vigorous physical labor in a warehouse-format store. Work nights, weekends, and holidays to meet business needs.
Required Qualifications
- At least 18 years old
- High School Diploma/Equivalent
- Background Check will be completed
- Communicates clearly and concisely with excellent verbal, written, and comprehension skills
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and some holidays
- Ability to lift a minimum of 50 lbs. and team lift 100 lbs. as well as to move merchandise around the warehouse-format store routinely
- Ability to use hands to finger, handle, or feel objects or controls; reach with hands and arms
- Ability to stand or walk for prolonged periods of time
- Ability to bend, climb, and reach at times
- Ability to work effectively independently and within a team
- Strong attention to detail, e.g., standards, processes, marketing, etc.
- Reliable and trustworthy role model for ethical and honest behavior
- Creates a sense of urgency; promotes teamwork; delegates appropriately; motivates self and team to accomplish objectives
