Job Summary
Plan and execute daily visual merchandising transitions, product resets, and freight processes to maintain strict visual standards and organized zones. Lead the team in stocking, endcap maintenance, and implementing in-store marketing elements while driving sales goals and guest engagement. Review store financial data and participate in regular huddles to improve metrics, control shrink, and ensure safety compliance. Act as a coach to train Team Members on visual priorities, ethical conduct, and operational efficiency within the warehouse-format store environment.
Required Qualifications
- At least 18 years old
- High School Diploma/Equivalent
- Background Check will be completed
- Communicates clearly and concisely with excellent verbal, written, and comprehension skills
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and some holidays
- Ability to lift a minimum of 50 lbs. and team lift 100 lbs. as well as to move merchandise around the warehouse-format store routinely
- Ability to use hands to finger, handle, or feel objects or controls; reach with hands and arms
- Ability to stand or walk for prolonged periods of time
- Ability to bend, climb, and reach at times
- Ability to work effectively independently and within a team
- Strong attention to detail, e.g., standards, processes, marketing, etc.
- Reliable and trustworthy role model for ethical and honest behavior. Does the right thing for the team member, the customer, and the company in all situations
