Job Summary
Plan transitions, reinventions, and product resets in designated zones while maintaining visual integrity and a neat, clean environment. Execute daily and weekly task workloads to deliver visual merchandising, sales, and guest engagement goals. Process freight, sort inventory, stock product, and manage end cap maintenance. Support the team in customer satisfaction, inventory control, safety, and loss prevention through regular huddles and role modeling. Review store scorecard data to improve metrics and act within assigned zones. Maintain current signing and sets throughout the warehouse-format store. Work nights, weekends, and holidays with flexibility.
Required Qualifications
- At least 18 years old
- High School Diploma/Equivalent
- Background Check will be completed
- Communicates clearly and concisely with excellent verbal, written, and comprehension skills
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and some holidays
- Ability to lift a minimum of 50 lbs. and team lift 100 lbs. as well as to move merchandise around the warehouse-format store routinely
- Ability to use hands to finger, handle, or feel objects or controls; reach with hands and arms
- Ability to stand or walk for prolonged periods of time
- Ability to bend, climb, and reach at times
- Ability to work effectively independently and within a team
- Strong attention to detail, e.g., standards, processes, marketing, etc.
- Reliable and trustworthy role model for ethical and honest behavior. Does the right thing for the team member, the customer, and the company in all situations
