Zone Lead - FT

Job Summary
Plan and execute transitions, product assortment changes, and resets for designated zones while maintaining visual integrity and a neat, clean environment. Process freight sorts, stock product including down stocking and end cap maintenance, and ensure all in-store marketing elements reinforce seasonal promotions. Support the store team in customer satisfaction, inventory control, safety, and loss prevention by participating in regular huddles and acting as a role model for ethical conduct. Review store financial data from the scorecard to improve sales and expense metrics within assigned areas. Work flexible nights, weekends, and holidays, lifting up to 100 lbs as part of the warehouse-format store operations.
Required Qualifications
- At least 18 years old
- High School Diploma/Equivalent
- Background Check will be completed
- Communicates clearly and concisely with excellent verbal, written, and comprehension skills
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and some holidays
- Ability to lift a minimum of 50 lbs. and team lift 100 lbs. as well as to move merchandise around the warehouse-format store routinely
- Ability to use hands to finger, handle, or feel objects or controls; reach with hands and arms
- Ability to stand or walk for prolonged periods of time
- Ability to bend, climb, and reach at times
- Ability to work effectively independently and within a team
- Strong attention to detail, e.g., standards, processes, marketing, etc
- Reliable and trustworthy role model for ethical and honest behavior. Does the right thing for the team member, the customer, and the company in all situations
