Job Summary
Conduct daily visual merchandising transitions, reinventions, and resets while maintaining strict adherence to company standards and ensuring a neat, clean, organized zone. Manage freight processes, including sorting and stocking product for endcaps and down stocking, while supporting inventory control, shrink prevention, and loss prevention efforts. Coach team members on visual priorities, safety, and ethical conduct through regular huddles and continuous learning opportunities. Review store scorecard data to improve sales and expense metrics within assigned areas. Requires nights, weekends, and holidays; ability to lift 50 lbs and move merchandise in a warehouse-format store.
Required Qualifications
- At least 18 years old
- High School Diploma/Equivalent
- Background Check will be completed
- Communicates clearly and concisely with excellent verbal, written, and comprehension skills
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and some holidays
- Ability to lift a minimum of 50 lbs. and team lift 100 lbs. as well as to move merchandise around the warehouse-format store routinely
- Ability to use hands to finger, handle, or feel objects or controls; reach with hands and arms
- Ability to stand or walk for prolonged periods of time
- Ability to bend, climb, and reach at times
- Ability to work effectively independently and within a team
- Strong attention to detail, e.g., standards, processes, marketing, etc.
- Reliable and trustworthy role model for ethical and honest behavior. Does the right thing for the team member, the customer, and the company in all situations
