Job Summary
Plan and execute daily visual merchandising transitions, product resets, and freight processes to maintain designated zone standards. Process incoming freight, stock merchandise including end caps, and ensure all visual elements align with seasonal promotions and company guidelines. Coach team members on visual priorities, safety, and compliance while reviewing store scorecards to improve sales and expense metrics. Lead huddles to address customer satisfaction, inventory control, and loss prevention. Work nights, weekends, and holidays in a warehouse-format store, lifting up to 100 lbs. to support store operations and drive sales.
Required Qualifications
- At least 18 years old
- High School Diploma/Equivalent
- Background Check will be completed
- Communicates clearly and concisely with excellent verbal, written, and comprehension skills
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and some holidays
- Ability to lift a minimum of 50 lbs. and team lift 100 lbs. as well as to move merchandise around the warehouse-format store routinely
- Ability to use hands to finger, handle, or feel objects or controls; reach with hands and arms
- Ability to stand or walk for prolonged periods of time
- Ability to bend, climb, and reach at times
- Ability to work effectively independently and within a team
- Strong attention to detail, e.g., standards, processes, marketing, etc.
- Reliable and trustworthy role model for ethical and honest behavior. Does the right thing for the team member, the customer, and the company in all situations
