Job Summary
Plan and execute daily visual merchandising transitions, product resets, and endcap maintenance to uphold company standards and drive sales. Process incoming freight, stock designated areas, and manage inventory control while ensuring a clean, organized zone. Lead team members in customer satisfaction, safety, and loss prevention through regular huddles and continuous training on visual priorities. Review store financial data to improve metrics and act within assigned zones to meet business goals. Maintain ethical conduct and demonstrate enthusiasm for vigorous lifting and moving merchandise in a warehouse-format store.
Required Qualifications
- At least 18 years old
- High School Diploma/Equivalent
- Background Check will be completed
- Communicates clearly and concisely with excellent verbal, written, and comprehension skills
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and some holidays
- Ability to lift a minimum of 50 lbs. and team lift 100 lbs. as well as to move merchandise around the warehouse-format store routinely
- Ability to use hands to finger, handle, or feel objects or controls; reach with hands and arms
- Ability to stand or walk for prolonged periods of time
- Ability to bend, climb, and reach at times
- Ability to work effectively independently and within a team
- Strong attention to detail, e.g., standards, processes, marketing, etc.
- Reliable and trustworthy role model for ethical and honest behavior. Does the right thing for the team member, the customer, and the company in all situations
