Job Summary
Plan and execute daily visual merchandising transitions, product resets, and zone reinventions alongside the Assistant Store Manager to maintain visual integrity and drive sales. Process incoming freight, sort inventory, stock designated areas, and manage end cap maintenance while ensuring a neat, clean, and organized environment. Coach team members on visual standards, safety, loss prevention, and customer experience through regular huddles and daily training. Review store scorecard data to improve sales and expense metrics within assigned zones. Work flexible shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays, lifting up to 100 lbs in a warehouse-format store.
Required Qualifications
- At least 18 years old
- High School Diploma/Equivalent
- Background Check will be completed
- Communicates clearly and concisely with excellent verbal, written, and comprehension skills
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and some holidays
- Ability to lift a minimum of 50 lbs. and team lift 100 lbs. as well as to move merchandise around the warehouse-format store routinely
- Ability to use hands to finger, handle, or feel objects or controls; reach with hands and arms
- Ability to stand or walk for prolonged periods of time
- Ability to bend, climb, and reach at times
- Ability to work effectively independently and within a team
- Strong attention to detail, e.g., standards, processes, marketing, etc.
- Reliable and trustworthy role model for ethical and honest behavior. Does the right thing for the team member, the customer, and the company in all situations
