Job Summary
Zone Business Leader Imaging Nordics responsible for leading Sales Specialists and Clinical Applications teams, executing Marketing and Commercial Strategy in the Nordics for MR, DXR, and CT, driving sales growth through offline and online channels, activating the Nordics commercial organization, collaborating on deal strategy and customer escalations, providing local customer insights to regional teams, guiding NPIs and marketing activities, coordinating Product Lifecycle management, owning the KOL program, and aligning cross-country leadership around goals with LEAN-driven continuous improvement. Requires 10+ years in the industry, university degree, senior leadership across countries, and strong marketing and relationship-building capabilities; English and Nordic language proficiency essential.
Required Qualifications
- 10+ years of industry experience
- University degree
- Experience in Diagnostic Imaging Business preferred
- Proven senior leadership experience
- Experience in marketing technology in healthcare/consumer domains
- LEAN methodology certification or equivalent
- Fluency in English and Nordic languages
