Job Summary
Manage dealer finance book size through new customer acquisition and providing tailored solutions to existing partners while maintaining profitability and compliance hygiene. Connect regional prospect dealers, assess funding requirements, and circulate credit proposals for approval. Maximize retail business from the dealer finance counter and support the retail team to improve penetration. Monitor dealer health, oversee overdue account recovery, and handle periodic renewals including PDD collections, waivers, and insurance. Close all documentation for new acquisitions and renewals while satisfying audit and compliance standards. Track LTR, NPA, and SMA2 metrics, ensuring audit SOT clearance and prompt follow-ups on credit information reporting and overdue clearances. Achieve annual reviews without extension and meet budgeted margins and other income targets.
Required Qualifications
- Dealer relationship Management
- Dealer relationship Management with minimum escalation
- Ability to connect all prospect dealers of the region
- Ability to understand the funding requirement
- Ability to circulate the proposal for credit evaluation and approval to respective AA
- Ability to grow business both organically and inorganically with budgeted margin
- Ability to achieve other income target
- Ability to close all the documentation for new acquisition and renewals
- Ability to satisfy documentation for Audit and compliance
- Ability to handle PDD Collections/ Waivers / Insurance
- Ability to monitor the LTR – NPA and SMA2
- Ability to perform Credit Monitoring (Audit SOT clearance, follow-ups)
- Ability to provide prompt revert on churning / Term loan CIR, overdue clearance
- Ability to complete Annual reviews without extension
- Ability to support retail team to improve retail penetration from the dealer counter
- Ability to conduct IC audit and follow the defined process as laid by the compliance
