Zonal Incharge - Location Monitoring

Zonal-level role focused on conducting audits of sales sites to assess the effectiveness of Process & Infosec controls. Responsibilities include executing audits per the approved plan, reviewing statutory and regulatory compliance (e.g., Shops & Establishment Act, GST, PF, ESI, Fire NOC), assessing IT security aspects (USB disablement, Bluetooth, security patches, printer access, antivirus updates, firewall), preparing and sharing audit reports, publishing monthly compliance and action dashboards, engaging with the Location Monitoring Lead and stakeholders, driving process improvements, and validating rebuttals with the Sales Team. Requires knowledge of audit processes, field and centralized processes, credit card sales/operations compliance, and proficiency with MS Office; graduate in any discipline preferred.
