Job Summary
Develop methodologies to improve credit collection processes for PAYG solar energy loans and implement audit recommendations. Investigate fraud cases through data collection and client interviews, while identifying and classifying potential default risks. Conduct periodic spot checks on operational procedures, present findings via reports, and flag red risks for timely review. Advise on process enhancements to mitigate operational risks and improve customer payment satisfaction. Collaborate with sales and finance teams to execute new collection and incentive processes.
Required Qualifications
- minimum 5 years working experience preferably in the Control and Compliance/Risk department
- strong data collection skill
- proficient in MS Excel (Advanced level)
- problem-solving abilities
- good communication and presentation skills (written and verbal)
- previous work experience in MFI or banks
- multilingual ( English & Yoruba)
