Job Summary
Design and develop custom Zoho applications by collaborating with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into effective solutions. Customize modules, forms, workflows, and reports within Zoho Creator, CRM, and Books to optimize sales, marketing, and financial processes. Integrate these applications with third-party APIs, configure automation rules, and resolve technical issues while maintaining comprehensive documentation. Stay current with suite updates to propose functional enhancements. This role requires a Bachelor's degree and 3+ years of hands-on experience with Zoho Creator, CRM, and Books.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
- Minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience with Zoho Creator, Zoho CRM, and Zoho Books
- Strong understanding of Zoho's platform capabilities, customization options, and integration methods
- Proficiency in JavaScript, Deluge scripting, and APIs for Zoho customization
- Experience with data migration, manipulation, and cleansing within Zoho applications
- Familiarity with business processes related to sales, marketing, finance, and customer service
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot technical issues
- Strong communication skills for effective collaboration with cross-functional teams
