Job Summary
Design, develop, and maintain custom end-to-end automations across the Zoho One suite, focusing on CRM, Books, and Creator. Write and optimize Deluge scripts for complex logic, API integrations, and data triggers while building workflows and blueprints to eliminate manual tasks. Integrate Zoho applications with third-party tools via REST APIs and middleware, conducting regular system audits to ensure data integrity, security, and optimal performance. Act as the internal technical lead for system upgrades, troubleshooting, and process improvements. Transform complex business requirements into seamless, automated workflows that drive efficiency across the organization.
Required Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Zoho Specialist or Automation Engineer
- deep understanding of the Zoho One ecosystem
- Expert-level proficiency in Deluge scripting
- Strong background in business process mapping
- ability to translate operational needs into technical architecture
- Hands-on experience with API integrations
