Job Summary
Consult clients on developing, implementing, and maintaining custom applications using Zoho's suite of products, specifically Zoho Creator, CRM, and Books. Design and develop solutions while integrating applications with third-party software to streamline business processes. Conduct regular reviews to ensure optimal performance and monitor solution effectiveness to recommend enhancements. Collaborate with clients and internal teams to gather requirements, deliver projects on time, and provide training and support on best practices. Stay updated on product updates to deliver cutting-edge solutions and participate in business development initiatives. Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards while architecting, scripting, and coding effectively during real-time client interactions.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 3+ years of experience in Zoho development and implementation
- Solid experience in developing custom applications and integrations using Zoho Creator, Zoho CRM, Zoho Books, and other Zoho tools
- Experience with API integration and third-party applications
- Strong understanding of business processes and how to optimize them using Zoho's suite of products
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- You are a team player, self-motivated, and able to work independently
- You possess multi-tasking and analytical skills as well as an eye for detail
- You should be able to architect, script, and code effectively while interacting with clients in real-time during calls
- Timely task delivery and strong communication skills are essential
- You possess excellent inter- and intrapersonal skills
- You are able to work under pressure
- A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related field
