Job Summary
Manage client engagements by delivering Zoho training, implementation, and custom development while addressing practical business challenges. Set clear goals, communicate effectively, and ensure client success through comprehensive walkthroughs. Implement solutions across various Zoho One applications and contribute to company objectives including YouTube content creation and community engagement. This remote consulting role offers independent work backed by an in-house development team. You must speak Spanish for Latin Americas engagement and possess experience with low-code platforms and CRM systems.
Required Qualifications
- Must speak Spanish for Latin Americas engagement
- Understanding of Sales, Marketing, and Order Management processes and best practices
- Experience implementing/administrating CRM systems
- Background in providing business solutions in low-code platforms (Zoho, Salesforce, PowerApps)
- Experience managing organizational change efforts
- Skilled in Zoho Deluge scripting language for workflow automation
- Knowledgeable in key Zoho applications: Projects, CRM, Desk, Campaigns, Projects
- Self-starter with robust communication skills
