Job Summary
Design, develop, and maintain custom solutions on the Zoho platform, including CRM, Creator, and Books. Implement and test Deluge scripts for workflow automation, data migration, and integrations with third-party systems using REST APIs and webhooks. Customize modules, automate processes, and troubleshoot application errors based on user feedback. Collaborate with business analysts and project managers to gather requirements and prepare technical documentation. Maintain best practices in coding and configuration while supporting sales, marketing, and finance processes.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
- Minimum of 1 to 2 years' hands-on experience working with the Zoho platform (Zoho CRM, Zoho Creator, Zoho Books, etc.)
- Proficiency with Deluge scripting language, Zoho Creator workflows, and automation tools
- Experience with RESTful APIs and integrations between Zoho and external systems
- Good understanding of database concepts and data handling
- Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to work independently or as part of a team
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
Desired Qualifications
- Experience with JavaScript, HTML, or other web technologies
- Knowledge of business processes such as sales, marketing, or finance, especially as they relate to CRM implementations
- Familiarity with other automation or low-code platforms
