Job Summary
Develop, maintain, and enhance applications within the Zoho One ecosystem, focusing on Deluge scripting, Zoho Creator, and workflow automation. Write, test, and optimise complex business logic while designing custom workflows, blueprints, and approvals to meet operational requirements across departments including Operations, Finance, HR, and Sales. Build integrations between Zoho applications and third-party systems using REST APIs, webhooks, and custom connectors to ensure seamless data flow. Gather requirements from stakeholders, translate them into technical user stories, and produce technical documentation. Provide second and third-line support for Zoho applications, troubleshooting system issues and resolving defects promptly. Stay up to date with new Zoho features and product releases. Work closely with Product, Architecture, and Engineering teams to drive value-focused outcomes in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment based in Dubai.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years' experience developing and supporting Zoho applications
- Expert-level knowledge of Deluge scripting
- Extensive experience with Zoho Creator application development
- Strong understanding of the Zoho One platform and its various applications
- Experience building integrations using APIs, webhooks, and third-party platforms
- Strong SQL and data management knowledge
- Experience designing business process automations and workflows
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English
- Demonstrable experience leading Agile software delivery, including ownership of backlog management, user story development, sprint planning, work item prioritisation and estimation
- Able to work closely with Product, Architecture, and Engineering teams to drive value-focused outcomes
Desired Qualifications
- Zoho Certified Developer qualifications
- Experience implementing enterprise-wide Zoho One solutions
- Experience within financial services, brokerage, trading, shipping, commodities, or professional services environments
- Knowledge of reporting and dashboard creation within Zoho Analytics
- Experience with custom portals and customer-facing applications
