Job Summary
Develop, customize, and implement Zoho applications including CRM, Creator, and Books while creating custom modules, workflows, and automations. Work closely with clients to translate business requirements into scalable solutions, integrating systems via APIs and Deluge scripting. Troubleshoot technical issues and participate in the full software development life cycle from testing to maintenance. Provide training and ongoing support to clients on customized Zoho products. Stay updated on platform developments and best practices. Requires minimum two years of hands-on Zoho development experience with strong Deluge scripting and API knowledge. Required Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in Zoho development, including Zoho CRM, Zoho Creator, and Zoho One
- Strong understanding of Deluge scripting and Zoho's API
- Experience with third-party integrations using APIs (e.g., REST, SOAP)
- Ability to gather client requirements and translate them into functional specifications
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work with diverse teams and clients
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
Desired Qualifications
- Familiarity with Zoho Analytics, WorkDrive, and other Zoho applications is a plus
- Experience with project management tools and methodologies is an advantage
