Job Summary
Analyze client workflows, identify improvement opportunities, and tailor Zoho solutions for optimal efficiency. Lead the implementation charge from design and development through testing and deployment, ensuring a smooth transition. Guide clients through every step, providing clear communication, expert training, and ongoing support to maximize their Zoho experience. Craft custom workflows, reports, and automations that take Zoho to the next level for each client. Collaborate effectively in a fast-paced environment, utilizing Scrum methodologies to deliver projects on time and within budget. Fix bugs, navigate APIs, and resolve any Zoho hurdles while writing custom Deluge functions and JavaScript.
Required Qualifications
- 1-3 years of practice in the listed areas
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to analyse, re-engineer, and optimize business workflows
- A knack for identifying and resolving roadblocks, delivering effective solutions
- Adaptability and eagerness to learn new technologies
- Deep understanding of Zoho CRM, Zoho Books, Zoho Desk, Zoho People and other core applications
- Experience with data migration, integrations, and customization
- Ability to collaborate effectively in a dynamic environment
- Implementing, customising, and managing CRM, Desk, Books, People, Creator and more
- Writing custom Deluge functions and wielding JavaScript with ease
- Flowcharts using Miro, Draw.io, or LucidChart
- Fixing bugs, navigating APIs, and resolving any Zoho hurdle
