Job Summary
Customize and configure Zoho CRM modules, workflows, and automation rules while developing Deluge scripts and custom functions. Maintain existing CRM implementations, integrate with third-party applications via APIs, and optimize sales, marketing, and customer service processes. Perform unit testing, troubleshoot customizations, and ensure data accuracy and security. Collaborate with senior developers, business analysts, and stakeholders to create technical documentation. Gain exposure to Indian and international projects with structured mentorship from senior engineers.
Required Qualifications
- 1–3 years of experience in Zoho CRM development, CRM platforms, or backend development
- Knowledge of Deluge scripting
- Understanding of REST APIs, JSON, and integration concepts
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field
Desired Qualifications
- Basic knowledge of JavaScript, HTML, or backend technologies
- Work with Zoho products such as Zoho Books, Zoho Desk, Zoho Creator, or Zoho Analytics
