Job Summary
Lead discovery sessions, configure Zoho applications, and deliver client training to drive business results. Implement and optimize Zoho solutions through hands-on support and expert guidance while collaborating with technical teams. Gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions for diverse clients. This role requires minimum 2 years of hands-on experience with Zoho applications and strong client-facing communication skills. EST time zone availability is mandatory, with work arrangements potentially on-site, hybrid, or remote depending on location.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience with Zoho applications (e.g., CRM, Desk, Books, Flow, Inventory, etc.)
- Experience working on the consulting or agency side
- Strong communication and client-facing skills
- Proficiency in English communication
- Ability to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions
- EST time zone availability
