Job Summary
Design, develop, and implement custom end-to-end automation solutions across the Zoho One suite, focusing on Zoho CRM. Write complex Deluge scripts to connect applications and handle data manipulation, while creating workflows, blueprints, and custom functions to automate lead routing and sales processes. Architect API integrations between Zoho and third-party tools to ensure seamless data flow, and troubleshoot system bottlenecks to optimize configurations. Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical specifications. Requires 2+ years of Zoho development experience, mastery of the Zoho ecosystem including CRM, Desk, and Creator, proficiency in Deluge scripting, and Zoho Certified Creator or Specialist certifications. Fully remote engagement with ongoing support and tailored compensation matching client and candidate goals.
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of professional experience as a Zoho Developer or Automation Specialist
- Mastery of the Zoho One ecosystem, specifically Zoho CRM, Zoho Desk, and Zoho Creator
- Proficient in Deluge scripting and deep understanding of Zoho's API structures
- Proven track record of building automated workflows that solve real-world business problems
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to map out complex logic flows
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
- Zoho Certified Creator or Specialist certifications
- Experience with Zoho Analytics for advanced data visualization
- Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, or JavaScript
- Previous experience in a high-growth startup or SaaS environment
