Job Summary
Analyze client workflows, identify improvement opportunities, and tailor Zoho solutions for optimal efficiency. Lead the entire Zoho implementation lifecycle from design and development through testing and deployment. Guide clients through every step, providing clear communication, expert training, and ongoing support to maximize their Zoho experience. Craft custom workflows, reports, and automations that take Zoho to the next level for each client. Collaborate effectively in a fast-paced environment, utilizing Scrum methodologies to deliver projects on time and within budget. Mentor and develop your team, fostering a collaborative and high-performing environment. Possess deep Zoho expertise in CRM, Desk, Books, People, Creator, and scripting with Deluge and JavaScript.

- Fixing bugs, navigating APIs, and resolving Zoho hurdles
