ZLD Services Specialist -- Mobile Water

Job Summary
Lead end-to-end execution of Build-Own-Operate, Build-Operate-Transfer, and long-term water-service projects from contract handoff through commissioning and asset optimization. Develop execution plans, budgets, and risk mitigation strategies while coordinating the deployment, commissioning, and demobilization of mobile water treatment assets. Manage installation, construction, startup, and performance testing activities, overseeing subcontractors, vendors, and field teams to ensure schedule and cost performance. Lead customer communications, provide executive reporting, and ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and regulatory requirements. Collaborate with engineering, procurement, and operations teams to deliver successful project outcomes across industrial, municipal, and mining markets.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in chemical/ mechanical engineering, or related technical discipline
- 7–15 years of project management experience in industrial water, wastewater, utilities, process industries, or industrial infrastructure projects
- Experience managing field construction, commissioning, and startup activities
- Demonstrated ability to manage project budgets, schedules, contracts, and multidisciplinary teams
- Strong understanding of BOO, BOOT, EPC, EPCM, service contracts, or similar project delivery models
- Exerting up to 10 pounds of force occasionally and/or a negligible amount of force frequently or constantly to lift, carry, push, pull, or otherwise move objects, including the human body
- Sedentary work involves sitting most of the time, limited walking, and standing
Desired Qualifications
- PMP certification preferred
- Experience with rental equipment fleets and asset utilization management
- Experience with industrial water treatment, desalination, water reuse, ZLD, or mobile treatment businesses
- Strong commercial acumen including change management, claims resolution, forecasting, and project financial reporting
- Experience managing projects across multiple customer sites simultaneously
