Job Summary
Zippy's Store Manager is responsible for managing the store to meet financial, service, safety, and sanitation standards. This involves hiring, training, and developing staff, as well as ensuring efficient operation, community engagement, and continuous improvement in customer service and store processes. Ideal candidates may have experience in food service or management, strong communication skills, and the ability to meet various operational requirements.
Required Qualifications
- High school education or G.E.D. required
- Food service or managerial experience preferred
- Must pass drug screening test
- Must pass pre-employment physical
- Must also have passed a TB test within 2 years of start date with skin test
