Job Summary
Train and manage seasonal tour guides to ensure safe and fun program delivery. Oversee zip ride operations, including all paperwork, logs, and inventory control. Monitor equipment and facility conditions, reporting deficiencies to the Aerial Director. Participate in staff performance evaluations and disciplinary actions. Maintain a clean, organized, inspected, and safe work area while modeling the Scout Oath and Law. Complete the Annual Health and Medical Record and maintain a training portfolio. Work 45-55 hours daily hiking up to 9 hours and lifting 70 pounds. Requires C.O.P.E. Director National Camp School Card and Microsoft Teams proficiency.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum age: 21+
- C.O.P.E. Director National Camp School Card
- Willing to become a registered Scouting America member (includes background screening)
- Ability to stand, walk, and hike up to 9 hours daily
- Ability to lift/move up to 70 pounds
- Comfortable using Microsoft Teams for daily work-related communication

- Documented Zip Line work experience

- Positive and cheerful attitude with a strong customer-service focus
- Adaptability in a fast-paced environment with ability to learn/develop hard and soft skills
