Job Summary

Oversee daily operations of Eagle Flight, Gateway, and Legacy zips by training staff, monitoring equipment conditions, and enforcing safety protocols. Manage inventory control, conduct performance evaluations, and model the Scout Oath and Law in all interactions. Maintain a clean, organized work area while adhering to SBR staff handbook policies and procedures. Requires standing, walking, and hiking up to 8 hours daily with the ability to lift 70 pounds, along with a BSA C.O.P.E. card and documented zip line experience. Work 45-55 hours per week in Staff Camp with housing provided.

Required Qualifications

  • Minimum age: 21+
  • BSA C.O.P.E. Direction National Camp School Card
  • 1+ yr. leading teams
  • Prefer 1+ Summit employment
  • Documented Zip line work experience
  • Willing to become a registered Scouting America member
  • Ability to stand, walk, and hike up to 8 hours daily
  • Ability to lift/move up to 70 pounds
  • Comfortable using Microsoft Teams for daily work-related communication
