Job Summary
Deliver the Roadhouse food experience by preparing dishes according to recipes and prep lists while maintaining pristine station setups and equipment cleanliness. Ensure all food meets quality and presentation standards, communicate effectively with front-of-house staff, and uphold company standards throughout the shift. Attend weekly huddles and tastings, complete training requirements, and manage energy and productivity under pressure. Weekend and evening availability is required, with full-time hours ranging from 40 to 45 weeks. Required Qualifications
- Must be able to work weekends and Sundays
- Must be able to relocate up to 50 lbs
- Ability to work weekends and starting at 2 pm is a must to be considered
- Ability to work weekends
- Must be able to ascend/descend between basement and main floor
- Must be able to effectively manage their emotions in the workplace

- Has at least 2 to 3 years of cooking experience in a high-end environment
