Job Summary
Enter phone or online orders for guests, assist with questions, and calculate food portions to meet customer needs. Use Catering software to enter data, communicate with Deli departments for order accuracy, and coordinate with the Catering Events team for serviced events. Process payments, close out credit card sales, and track details for successful order delivery. Full-time, 4-5 shifts per week, most 7 a.m. to 3 p.m. or 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. Available weekdays, weekends, and holidays (closed Thanksgiving and Christmas).
Required Qualifications
- Excellent customer service skills
- Strong desire to learn about food, open book management and industry-leading service
- Is passionate about great food and giving great service
- Loves to make people feel like they were the best part of your day
- Enjoys working in a collaborative team environment
- Can lift and carry up to 20 pounds
- Can ascend and descend through multiple levels of the Deli building
