Contract
Job Summary
Conduct timber substructure assembly, install vapor barrier, and fit insulation boards in occupied multi-family residential buildings. Transport materials manually to interior floors and assist with logistics, including vehicle trips for material delivery. Perform gluing of tongue-and-groove boards and support general construction tasks in multi-story structures. Requires valid Category B driver's license, physical fitness, and respectful interaction with residents. Temporary project-based engagement from mid-August to mid-November 2025 in the Zürich area with fair compensation.
Required Qualifications
- Ausbildung als Zimmermann EFZ oder vergleichbare Qualifikation (Zimmermann)
- Erfahrung im Bauhandwerk (Bauhelfer)
- Gültiger Führerausweis Kat. B
- Selbstständige Arbeitsweise
- Speditive Arbeitsweise
- Saubere Arbeitsweise
- Gute körperliche Verfassung
- Rücksichtsvoller Umgang mit Bewohnern
