Job Summary
Lead lean expert fostering know-how and knowledge transfer to all plant functions while coaching teams in standards and tools to drive improved operational performance. Establish priorities across plant levels following the SFM concept and promote, implement, and supervise lean activities throughout the facility to ensure sustainability. Act as the lead lean auditor for OMA, ZFPS, and 5s initiatives while tracking six vital KPIs to plan workshops and trainings that close performance gaps. Own ZFPS and OMA roadmaps with cross-functional support and lead education to build a culture based on continuous improvement methods.
Required Qualifications
- Associate degree in technical field or equivalent
- 5+ years of professional experience in a manufacturing environment
- Strong knowledge & experience of ZF PS / Lean Manufacturing concepts and methods (TPS)
- Strong experience in developing and leading lean workshops and implementing continuous improvement projects
- Strong manufacturing process and environment experience
- Advanced skill set to analyze and solve problems
- Advanced skill set to present topics
- Advanced skill set to run projects
- Advanced skill set to build cross-functional teams
