Job Summary
Operate and set up CNC milling machines, monitor production processes, and perform quality control checks. Read and implement technical drawings and work instructions while optimizing manufacturing processes and contributing to continuous improvement initiatives. Requires a qualification as a precision mechanic or milling mechanic, proficiency with Heidenhain controls, and responsibility for part accuracy. Schedule includes early and late shifts in a four-day rotation (Monday through Thursday), with availability for weekend shifts. Required Qualifications
- Ausbildung als Feinwerkmechaniker, Zerspanungsmechaniker oder in einem gleichwertigen Beruf
- Sicherer Umgang mit Heidenhain Steuerung
- Verantwortungsbewusstsein für die Maßhaltigkeit und Qualität der gefertigten Teile
- Bereitschaft zur Früh- und Spätschicht im Wechsel (4-Tage-Woche in der Spätschicht)
