Job Summary
Program complex turning parts in single-piece production and small series, including machining on conventional and CNC-controlled tooling machines. Take measurements of spare parts and perform component metrology. Program these tasks using the Sinumerik 840D control system. Maintain readiness to learn additional areas such as outside round grinding and drilling machines. Work in a full-time, social insurance-covered role with 35 hours per week, 30 days of annual leave, and performance-based compensation. Required Qualifications
- abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung als Zerspanungsmechaniker (oder vergleichbar)
- mindestens 5 Jahre Berufserfahrung im Bereich des konventionellen Drehens
- mindestens 5 Jahre Berufserfahrung im Bereich des CNC-gesteuerten Drehens
- Sicherer Umgang mit der Steuerung Sinumerik 840D
Desired Qualifications
- Bereitschaft, sich auch in andere Bereiche wie z. B. Außenrundschleifen und Bohrmaschinen, einzuarbeiten
