Job Summary
Fabricate individual spare and precision parts for industrial valves and technical systems using conventional and CNC turning and milling machines. Independently set up, load, and operate equipment with Heidenhain controls while creating and adapting CNC programs for single pieces and small batches. Execute quality inspections using measurement tools and work from technical drawings and production documents. The role features a 37-hour week with Friday shifts ending at 13:45, no weekend work, and no shift rotations. Candidates require a completed vocational training as a machining mechanic or equivalent, with preferred experience in CNC setup and Heidenhain systems.
Required Qualifications
- Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Zerspanungsmechaniker (m/w/d), Werkzeugmechaniker (m/w/d), Industriemechaniker (m/w/d) oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
- Sicherer Umgang mit technischen Zeichnungen und Messmitteln
- Selbstständige und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise
