Job Summary
Operate, set up, and monitor multi-spindle turning automation systems to ensure stable large-scale production runs. Execute manufacturing based on technical drawings while performing in-process measurements and SPC documentation to guarantee dimensional accuracy and process capability. Collaborate with preparation and quality teams to identify deviations and contribute to continuous process optimization. Requires experience with Schütte automation, Siemens/Fanuc controls, and technical drawing interpretation. Full-time role with two-shift rotation; shift work mandatory.
Required Qualifications
- Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Zerspanungsmechaniker:in oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
- Erfahrung im Umgang mit Drehautomaten
- Sicheres Lesen von technischen Zeichnungen
- Umfassende Kenntnisse im Umgang mit Messmitteln und Qualitätsprüfung
- Selbstständige, strukturierte und sorgfältige Arbeitsweise
- Technisches Verständnis und Verantwortungsbewusstsein
- Teamfähigkeit und Zuverlässigkeit
- Bereitschaft zur Schichtarbeit - Regelbetrieb 2 Schicht Modell (Nachschicht ausschließlich bei Bedarf)
