Zero Harm Advisor

Hands-on Zero Harm Advisor supporting the Unity Water contract in South East Queensland. Responsible for embedding Downer’s Zero Harm culture across operations, driving safety excellence, ensuring legislative compliance, and supporting the health, safety and wellbeing of people, partners and communities. Plays a critical role in coaching and influencing frontline teams and leaders, with strong field presence and stakeholder engagement. Duties include audits, inspections, incident investigations, supporting injury management and return-to-work processes, and developing risk assessments, SWMS and safety documentation. Requires Certificate IV in WHS (minimum) and a current driver’s licence. Ability to engage with stakeholders at all levels and contribute to a safer, sustainable outcomes on water infrastructure projects.
