Job Summary
Gastroenterologists (general and GI hospitalists) to join AdventHealth’s Digestive Health Institute as a GI hospitalist. Role features a 7 on/7 off schedule with base compensation plus bonus potential over $700K, a $100K signing bonus, and salary guaranteed with productivity incentives. Benefits include occurrence-based malpractice coverage, paid leave and CME allowance, 403B retirement plan and 457B option, PSLF eligibility, sign-on and relocation allowances, and sponsorship options (J1 waiver, H1B, and permanent residency). The West Florida Division Medical Group is growing across multiple counties, with AdventHealth hospital locations and affiliated sites. Responsibilities center on hospitalist duties within the Digestive Health Institute under a clinical-administrative dyad and a commitment to clinical excellence, innovation, and compassionate care.
