Recollect and properly dispose of organic waste and trash, while performing lawn cutting, weed control, and organization of external spaces. Execute small building maintenance repairs, assist in moving furniture, and organize storage areas and recyclable materials. Maintain cordial interpersonal relationships and demonstrate proactivity and organizational sense. Requires CNH B. and experience in landscaping and conservation.
