Conduct internal and external cleaning of restrooms, administrative areas, and parking lots, including sweeping and waste removal. Support traffic inspectors and crane operators by managing document, uniform, and PPE deliveries while tracking absences and overtime. Assist users with access and toll information, and maintain institutional image through courteous interactions. Control attendance records in spreadsheets and systems, and report facility defects to open maintenance tickets. Perform minor repairs within technical limits to preserve physical assets. Requires fundamental education and related experience.
