Job Summary
Coordinate complex high-rise construction projects across all phases using a BIM-based environment with Autodesk Revit and Autodesk Construction Cloud. Develop execution, detail, and work plans while ensuring constructive review of components and plan quality according to SIA norms and building processes. Collaborate within interdisciplinary teams on integral planning processes, coordinating BIM workflows with architecture, HLKS, and structural engineering. Requires an EFZ Architecture drawing qualification or equivalent, multiple years of execution planning experience, and strong German language skills. Full-time role with 40-hour weeks, five weeks of vacation, and flexible hours.
Required Qualifications
- Ausbildung als Zeichner:in EFZ Fachrichtung Architektur
- Studium der Architektur (FH/ETH)
- vergleichbare Ausbildung
- mehrjährige Berufserfahrung mit klarem Schwerpunkt in der Ausführungsplanung
- sehr gute Fähigkeiten in der Detailplanung und konstruktiven Umsetzung
- fundierte Kenntnisse der SIA-Normen und Bauprozesse
- gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
- gute Systemkenntnisse in Autodesk Revit (Architecture)
- präzise, strukturierte und eigenverantwortliche Arbeitsweise
Desired Qualifications
- Erfahrung mit Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC) oder vergleichbaren CDE-Systemen
- Erfahrung in interdisziplinärer Planung
