Zaxby's Cooks and Cashiers are responsible for assembling and packaging menu items, prepping food according to safety and company standards, stocking the restaurant, and providing excellent customer service by greeting guests and accurately entering orders into the POS system. Responsibilities also include maintaining cleanliness in all areas of the restaurant and informing management about equipment needs. An in-store training program is offered, which can increase potential earnings after completion.
