Job Summary
Supervise 2-4 Shift Managers and 15-50 Team Members while executing quarterly business objectives and cost control goals. Mentor staff to prepare them for advanced management roles and assist in training new hires. Monitor food quality and service during work lunches, dinners, and weekends. Ensure compliance with brand standards, local operating procedures, and all labor, health, and safety regulations. Lead by generating enthusiasm and maintaining a positive mental attitude toward company objectives.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma
- Minimum 1 year managing people in a restaurant environment
- Work with advanced kitchen and front-of-house operational equipment
- Work with computer and office equipment
- Physical condition necessary for bending, stooping, reaching/lifting arms above head, and standing and/or walking for prolonged periods of time
- Must be able to lift 50 lbs
- Basic math skills
- Understanding of currency
- Ability to read and comprehend
- Must complete in-store training program
