Job Summary
Supervise 2-4 Shift Managers and 15-50 Team Members to enhance guest experiences and meet quarterly business objectives. Assist in executing cost control goals, maintaining inventory, and training staff while monitoring food and service quality during lunch, dinner, and weekends. Lead by generating enthusiasm and ensuring compliance with brand, labor, health, and safety standards. Work flexible shifts including weekends, requiring physical stamina for lifting 50 lbs and prolonged standing. Maintain open communication with subordinates and superiors regarding plans and problems.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma
- Minimum 1 year managing people in a restaurant environment
- Work with advanced kitchen and front-of-house operational equipment
- Work with computer and office equipment
- Physical condition necessary for bending, stooping, reaching/lifting arms above head, and standing and/or walking for prolonged periods of time
- Must be able to lift 50 lbs
- Basic math skills
- Understanding of currency
- Ability to read and comprehend
- Complete in-store training program
