Learn menu items, answer customer questions, and make orders while preparing food and beverages in a safe, sanitary manner. Maintain a clean, organized back-of-house environment, stock paper goods and condiments, and perform assigned kitchen tasks. Report equipment maintenance needs immediately to the Manager and follow all safety guidelines with a sense of urgency. Work nights, weekends, and holidays as required, maintaining an appearance that meets uniform standards.
