Job Summary
Manage store visual and commercial execution by using product data to identify opportunities that improve sales results. Deliver displays that align with brand guidelines while maintaining a premium customer experience through high-standard floor service. Own the visual presentation to ensure it feels current, elevated, and customer-focused during peak trading periods and changeovers. Adapt quickly to trends and commercial needs while acting as a positive ambassador for sustainability initiatives. Maintain organization and composure under pressure to keep the shop floor clear and easy to shop.
Required Qualifications
- Previous visual merchandising experience in fashion retail
- Strong commercial awareness and confidence working with KPIs
- Comfortable using reports/tools to inform decisions and follow up performance
- Strong understanding of Stradivarius's DNA and product
- Awareness of current market trends
- Trend-aware

- Strong eye for styling and storytelling
- Ability to translate product into outfits and moments that feel inspiring, feminine and fashion-forward
